From beginners to professionals, CrossFit Full Circle offers a comprehensive training experience. Our programs can boost your metabolism, increase endurance, and improve your overall strength. Led by qualified professionals, each class produces dynamic results without the injuries.

  • Full Circle 101

    This is a required course for all CrossFit newcomers. It consists of 3 personal training sessions that are designed to prepare you for success at CrossFit Full Circle. We cover fundamental barbell movements and acclimate students to our gym culture.

  • CrossFit-WOD

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum result every time.

  • Barbell Strength and Power

    This class primarily focuses on Olympic lifts and strength training. It’s designed to dramatically increase strength, speed, and power for beginners in weightlifting or regular CrossFit.
