Transformation Challenge

At Full Circle we believe in treating the WHOLE person. That’s why we believe the key to lasting results is a combination of training, nutrition and behavior change that sets a foundation for long term success.

If you’d like to radically transform your body, health and life, then the Transformation Challenge is for you. In just 5 short weeks you’ll learn Crossfit, great eating habits that are conducive to your goals and how to make both a regular part of your daily life for the long term. Full Circle 101

This course is recommended for all CrossFit newcomers. It consists of 1 to 6 personal training sessions that are designed to prepare you for success at CrossFit Full Circle. We cover fundamental barbell & gymnastic movements and acclimate students to our gym culture.


$97 for 1 session

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum result every time.

Barbell Strength and Power

This class primarily focuses on Olympic lifts and strength training. It’s designed to dramatically increase strength, speed, and power for beginners in weightlifting or regular CrossFit.

Nutrition Consultation

Full Circle has designed a comprehensive approach to changing eating behaviors and making long-term changes to nutrition to fuel performance, not fat. Guaranteed to help you change your health and make significant changes in your weight and appearance.
