Our members start with an assessment, than move on to the right amount of personal training for them. THEN most move on to a combination of group coaching and one on one personal training, so there’s really not one cookie cutter answer to this. Our prices are competitive and our coaches are the BEST in RVA.

I'm new to CrossFit. What should I expect?

When you first come to CrossFit Full Circle, you’ll start out with a FREE class where you’ll perform a baseline workout, chat with our coaches, and discuss your goals. Then, you’ll join Full Circle 101, which consists of  personal training sessions that will introduce you to the fundamental movements of CrossFit.

Is CrossFit Dangerous?

In short, yes CrossFit can be dangerous. But not in the ways you might believe. With inexperienced coaches, shoddy equipment, and the wrong attitude, CrossFit can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at our facility will ensure that you’re training in the safest most effective and efficient way possible.

What is a WOD?

A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.
