The Workout of the Day, or WOD, is the backbone of what we do. Our members typically complete 3-5 workouts per week, which we offer every morning and every night of the week, as well as Saturday mornings. You can click HERE to see our current schedule. Before beginning in Crossfit classes, you will need to take Fundamentals or, with prior Crossfit experience, test out by passing a simple test.
Within the WOD you will find pieces from most major strength and conditioning regimens; we incorporate powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing, and so much more into our workouts every week.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity, which means that we will always be doing new and engaging things, and that you will be developing a practical, broad, and well-rounded type of fitness that will help you excel at life, not just one specialized domain!
