Jason is the owner, head coach, and fearless leader of CrossFit Full Circle. His athletic background includes various martial arts ranging from traditional Chinese practice to San Da, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling. Through his extensive training, he learned that strength and conditioning are key to performance and long-term development.
Mixed martial arts served as a gateway to CrossFit. Per Jason, "A lot of colleagues in the BJJ and MMA world kept referring me. I did some research and my interest was piqued. Within a few months, I started training and signed up for the Level 1 course." As a coach, Jason loves working with beginner and intermediate athletes. He enjoys teaching them complex movements and improving their efficiency one session at a time.
