Average intensity ~ 85% 1RM

Metcon (Weight)

Half Hour of Power

(EMOTM 30)

1 Power Clean and 1 Push Press (around 75% of 1RM lesser of two)
Don’t add weight. Choose the heaviest weight you can hit consistently for all 30 rounds. GOOD LUCK.
