    I have been a member of Full Circle for over a year and have seen significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness. Because of my training, I have set new PRs in triathlon races and even begun to place in my age group.     I went through the three weeks of fundamentals and I was hooked. The excellent coaching staff has helped me regain full use of my knee after a bicycling accident. I am now stronger than I was before. They’ve helped me run the fastest mile I’ve ever run in my life and I am lifting heavier than I was as a Division 1 athlete.     CrossFit can be intimidating but Full Circle immediately made me feel welcome. The fundamentals classes focused on proper weightlifting technique and the basics of CrossFit made me feel safe and informed.     Jason convinced me to do my first CrossFit competition. The competition series lasted from December to February. Drew and I ended up winning (a key example of proving Jason’s strength first programming). TNC Line for life. I went back to strictly strength and power in March 2014 until August (5 months). Now I’m on our competitive training. To sum it up, it took me a year of the strength and power program to jump an average of 80lbs in all my core lifts. I’ve reached benchmark WOD times I thought were impossible. These guys know what they’re doing. Be patient and listen to their advice.
