Every year RVA hosts the Monument Ave 10k race, with thousands of participants. And every year most of those participants are just there to say ‘they did it’.
Would you like to improve your 10k time? How about get in better shape through running? What about improving your health and fitness?
Would you like to meet a group of like minded people that know that you can work hard AND have fun at the same time?
If you answered yes to any of these, you should really think about giving Crossfit Endurance and Full Circle a try.
Here’s what we have to offer:
- A complete training program consisting of 3 workouts per week, two led by a coach and one you can do on your own. Tuesdays and Thursdays you’ll work with Megan and perform specific interval work to improve speed, efficiency and economy
- We’ll run in a variety of locations, but mostly at St Christopher’s track, and at other times Full Circle or Bryan Park, maybe others.
- We start training 1/31/2017 (10 weeks out from the race)
- The cost for Full Circle members is only $135, and non members can join this all inclusive training experience for $195.
In past years, most of our participants have made significant improvement during this program, and many have set life time PR’s. If you wanna run the first 10k of your life, we’re your gym.
