Start at 60%

Add 5/10lbs every 2 makes

Bench Press (9 reps at 60%)

Bench Press (6-6 at 70%)

Bench Press (3-3-3 at 80%)

Bent Over Row (40 reps per arm)

Rx+: 32/20kg Kettlebell

Rx: 24/16kg Kettlebell

Sc: 40/25lb Dumbbell
