    SP – 120/135/150/160/165(f)

    1600m – 7::24

    Tied my PR in the SP & 6 sec slower than my PR in the 1600. Drowned my sorrows afterwards with some bacon & eggs and an Americano.

    Where the f___ were Jessie, Paul, & Ben this morning? You guys were missed but Diana & Daniel made it all good.
