    SP-110 x 3, glad a feather didn’t get added to the bar, I wouldn’t have finished all 3 sets.
    WOD-4 rounds plus 1 run.

  2. Who know it was Bodybuilding day at Full Circle? 3×10 & 20 min of “cardio” brings back some memories.
