  1. L2:

    mini band ring dips, 73lb cleans.

    It sure makes a HUGE difference doing squat cleans as opposed to power cleans like the last time I did Elizabeth! Finally did a ring dip on my own though! 3 actually!

    Great work today everyone. Tim killed us all again. Love having a full Saturday class! :)

    double minis for push and pull ups
    and no more paralletes for push ups!

    L2 gang looked pretty tough!
