    The photo? – that’s just some dirty bum I got to pose for me. I hear he runs a lot, though.

    I rocked out the 2.5lb plates to day! L2: Dip worked up to BW+7.5lbs for 2 *twice* LOL
    Planked for 1:19 with the 45 slowing crushing me down.
    Pull up, made it up to BW+10 for 3 with a little kick at the end orders of Paul. (lmao)

    Was so entertaining watching Paul walk around with the bells a swingin’ twixt his legs. :)
    Ended the morning with him nearly faceplanting right in front of me. Fun!

    Nice to see JBW and Cindi’s shining faces this morning!
