  1. What a fun day of working up to ‘tard strength with Jess and Jake. I’m getting much better at skin-the-cat/kick-the-dog.

    Jake: “Muscle-ups? Yawn.” (He didn’t say that out loud, but I’m sure he was thinking it).

    Working ring skills is fun, and so is getting to watch Lo with her amazing biceps!! :)
    Attaining “retarded strength” – it’s my new goal in life.
